How it works
- • Arrive early for load-in, setup and safety check — plan for extra time before gates open at 11am.
- • Cook on site during the festival; turn-in times are confirmed by email the week of the event.
- • Judges score blind samples on taste, tenderness/texture and presentation.
- • Winners are announced on the main stage before the festival closes at 5pm.
- • Plan to stay past your turn-in for breakdown and cleanup of your space.
